Third generation horse trainer growing up in Virginia horse country. Leading Steeplechase jockey 1989/1993 working under Hall of Fame trainer WB Cocks. Training out of Fair Hill Training center, Lawrence has won over 500 races winning several graded stakes. His best horse wasGlorious Empire G1 Sword Dancer, G2 Bowling Green and G2 Ft Lauderdale.
The benefit of having Lawrence as a trainer is he’s located very close to many racetracks in the mid-Atlantic as well as the Northeast. This gives him the opportunity to ship to tracks where the horses fit well.
